Take the SafeSport Certification

If you are 18 or older, please take or update SafeSport. Go to your USRowing membership profile to access the online program (the red arrow in the graphic). This is required for everyone participating at BSS. On the Self Attestation questionnaire you MUST Answer “yes” to question #3. The course is 90min the first time and a 30min refresher subsequent years.

In recognition of OLRA’s commitment to a safe environment, and in accordance with the guidelines established by U.S. Rowing, and, given the mixed-age nature of our organization, the OLRA Board of Directors adopted the position in 2023 that all masters (adult) participants are required to complete SafeSport training.

If you have completed SafeSport training through another organization, please provide OLRA with appropriate certification.
